Hot Foil Printing
Our HF-85 Digital hot foil printers can print onto a wide variety of products
using a wide variety of colours of foil including metallic, matt, gloss, holographic
and multicolour foils, Business cards, Pen and Pencils, Diaries, Wallets, Coasters,
Letterheads, Bookmarks, Tax Disc Holders, Greeting Cards, Wedding Stationery,
Lighters, Book matches, Napkins, Plastics including Membership Cards and Discount
Cards, Invitations, Folders, Labels, and much much more.

Embossing
We can emboss using force and counter force for blind embossing or fluted
dies for embossing and foiling in one pass. A fantastic and easy to use
technique is Unifraction printing which is similar to fluted dies but we
use blue or grey lablay as our counterforce.

Die Cutting and creasing
Without passing any heat through the machine we are able to mount Steel
die cutters, made to any shape on our HF-85 Digital. We then apply
more pressure than we usually would to print and using the same skills
we have taught you the shapes can be cut out of paper or board.

Sublimation Work
Sometimes you may get a job which requires large areas to be printed
but the quantity required is relatively small. Items such as Certificates,
Menus,
Letterheads and Compliment slips, Wedding invitations or Party invites. This
is where sublimation work comes in. We can use just one die to complete the work
without the need to have manufactured a printing plate for each job. You have
the added advantage of being able to print a full A4 area using this process.
The
artwork is first produced as a laser copy or photocopy before the foil is laid
on top using the sublimation die. Our Subdies produce as good a quality finished
product as any other method available at a fraction of the cost.

Type
For simple one off jobs type is an invaluable asset pens and pencils can
be done at a very low cost for example. Some people say its old fashioned
but it still has its place today.

Book and Diary Printing
Never has printing onto diaries been easier to do on a platen based hot foil
printer. Using our special jigs which come with each machine you can complete
quality work quickly and easily.

Box Printing
A common application of foil printing has been printing on jewellery
boxes. We have taken this a stage further with our box printing jig.

Label and Ribbon Printing.
Printing onto ribbon has never been easier with our new system designed
specifically for the HF-85 Digital.

This is a vastly superior hand operated hot foil printer that even now we are
refining to complete more and more products not before printed using hot foil.
Polydiam would be the first to say they are not printers. They are engineers
